Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to help customers accelerate value creation across portfolios through business transformation. Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with proven outcomes.
• 3+ years in enterprise IT, vendor, or consulting roles.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• AWS or cloud certification.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience coordinating between project teams and customers to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near-, mid-, and long-term cloud transformation strategy with the customer and AWS team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and prioritize high-impact AWS use cases and best-practice implementations.
• Coordinate with Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to drive the cloud journey forward.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior CSMs across Amazon organizations.
