Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to help customers accelerate value creation through cloud migrations and modern solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design and execute end-to-end cloud adoption strategies, bridging technical and business outcomes across diverse client portfolios. You will influence roadmaps, manage a large number of initiatives, and mentor junior CSMs while aligning with sales, solution architecture, and professional services

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and delivering customer benefits.
• 3+ years in enterprise IT in a vendor, consultant, or equivalent environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near-, mid-, and long-term vision and strategy for the customer’s cloud transformation with the AWS team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and develop long-term relationships.
• Maintain broad knowledge of existing and emerging technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact AWS use cases and best practices.
