Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help customers accelerate value creation through business transformation and cloud adoption. You will design migrations to the AWS cloud and build modern cloud-native solutions, working with sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, and partners.

You will lead strategic initiatives, mentor junior CSMs, and align multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years leading large-scale technical/engineering programs with business case development and successful delivery.
3+ years in enterprise IT as vendor/consultant or managing technical programs.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

Execute a near-, mid-, and long-term vision for the customer's cloud transformation.
Demonstrate strong customer engagement and build long-term relationships.
Maintain broad knowledge of existing and emerging technologies to unlock opportunities.
Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact use cases and best-practice implementations.
Coordinate between Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate cloud journeys.
Mentor junior CSMs and share knowledge across Amazon organizations.
