Job summary

Karius is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to drive regional sales strategy across hospitals and health systems in the United States. You will build relationships with infectious disease physicians, lab directors, and executives, leading discussions from product features to ROI demonstrations and renewals.

Travel up to 70% is required, with remote field work. A Bachelor's degree is required and MBA is a plus; 5 years in life sciences sales or related fields is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of sales/business development in Life Sciences or related fields.
• Proven success in introducing novel products to physicians and hospitals.
• Strong network in hospitals and health systems.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in territory by establishing new business with hospitals and health systems.
• Present product features and ROI to key decision makers and manage evaluations.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs and Marketing.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for new diagnostic approaches.
• Manage renewals of partner agreements and drive ongoing utilization.
• Travel up to 70% and conduct remote field work with healthcare partners.
