Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for indirect and direct OEM sales within the US market. You will drive strategic plans, build executive relationships and coordinate with end-user and aftermarket teams to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related or technical field.
• Five years plus of sales/management experience in Refrigeration/HVAC/Controls.
• Experience in consultative solutions selling.
• Experience in sales team development and organizational change.
• Strong communication with both technical and financial decision makers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Refrigeration industry highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year sales territory growth.
• Develop and implement strategies for refrigeration customers to lower GWP refrigerants.
• Define and nurture relationships with key decision makers at territory accounts.
• Identify and define growth strategies and align with customer needs.
• Full accountability for delivering and maintaining territory sales plans.
• Collaborate across teams and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 60% for customer visits and multi-city tours.
