Job summary

Cox is seeking a dedicated Account Liaison to coordinate client needs and ensure service deliverables for vehicles in the sales and reconditioning process. You will engage with clients, manage SLAs, and collaborate with auction teams to align outcomes with customer expectations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous records, and adherence to safety standards as you support Cox’s auction operations and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Prior vehicle reconditioning or auto body experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Advanced knowledge of condition reports, inspections, and reconditioning standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring SLAs and client requirements are met.
• Communicate with clients regarding vehicle condition, reconditioning recommendations, and service approvals.
• Coordinate vehicle movement and reconditioning activities with Lot Operations and Recon teams.
• Audit condition reports, images, announcements, and certifications to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates.
• Follow all safety procedures and model safe work behaviors.
