Job summary

VertexOne Brand is seeking a Client Success Manager to cultivate strong relationships across a portfolio of North American accounts in a fully remote SaaS environment. You will drive renewals, identify growth opportunities, and deliver executive-level reviews with clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in account management, experience with vendor relationships, and strong Excel-based data analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support clients across time zones within

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management within the utility or SaaS space.
• 2–3 years working with vendors on products/services.
• 2–3 years of managing client contracts and SLAs.
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data extraction and presentations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to present to executives.
• Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within assigned accounts to drive renewals and growth.
• Educate customers on VertexOne products and value delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact for inquiries, escalations, and status updates.
• Lead client reviews and executive business reviews.
• Coordinate with legal and finance on renewals, amendments, and invoicing.
• Track SLAs, billing, and client revenue monthly.
• Identify process improvements and best practices for the team.
• Travel within North America as needed; travel not guaranteed.
