VertexOne is a leader in cloud-based SaaS for utilities across North America; the Implementation Specialist II will guide clients through implementation, analyzing needs and translating them into functional specifications while coordinating multiple projects and supporting development and testing.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Specialist in software development with BRD and design-spec documentation.
Knowledge of CIS Billing or ERP systems in utilities is required.
Strong SQL skills and data analysis capabilities.
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies and Jira.
Experience with AI tools for data analysis is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage client implementations end-to-end with clear documentation.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and conduct design reviews.
Coordinate workshops, testing, training, and project milestones.
Liaise with clients, architects and developers to resolve gaps and ensure alignment.
