Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Client Success Manager I to ensure a seamless post-go-live experience for our insurance payments platform. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee CXRs, and coordinate with Support, Product, and Risk to drive operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of client success experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to navigate SaaS workflows. This is a US remote role with up to 10% travel and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant client success experience.
• Experience managing 20+ client accounts.
• Insurance and/or payments experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts and establish relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of products/services and client configurations to align with best practices.
• Use reporting dashboards to monitor client health, risks, and escalations.
• Set expectations for case workflows, communication, and processes.
• Host Customer Experience Reviews (CXRs) to provide visibility and actions.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, Payment Operations, Risk & Engineering to ensure timely responses.
