Job summary

Power TakeOff is a fully remote company serving U.S. utility clients with DSM and energy efficiency program delivery.

The Client Success Manager will be the primary contact for a portfolio of utility and energy efficiency program clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and expansion while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders. The role requires a strong communication style, organizational skills, and experience in project management, relationship building, and sales collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in demand side management (DSM) and energy efficiency industry.
• Proven ability to manage utility clients and relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and clients.
• Experience coordinating programs with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage relationships.
• Lead regular virtual and periodic in-person meetings with clients.
• Develop understanding of each client’s DSM portfolio and regulatory context.
• Set clear client expectations and ensure program parameters align with contracts.
• Drive CSAT scores through proactive service delivery and issue resolution.
• Lead meetings with program delivery, data, and sales teams to align on goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill them.
