Metergy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to nurture high-value client relationships and drive successful post-sale outcomes.

You will serve as the primary contact for property managers and owners, ensuring alignment with sales, onboarding, billing, and field services to deliver exceptional service and measurable results. The role emphasizes proactive communication, risk mitigation, and strategic expansion opportunities, with a focus on multi-family portfolios and utility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role with a B2B focus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, solve, and escalate challenges or opportunities as needed.
• Strong decision making and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM databases experience (Salesforce and CC&B) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end post-sales client experience as primary contact for property managers and owners.
• Partner with Sales during late-stage deals and handoffs for a seamless transition.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to support implementations and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Field Services and Billing on site visits and billing needs.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and requests.
• Develop and maintain success plans with objectives, timelines and stakeholders.
• Lead regular client touchpoints and executive reviews with performance insights.
• Monitor client health and identify retention risks and expansion opportunities.
• Advocate for the client internally and escalate issues when needed.
