Metergy Solutions, LLC. in New York is seeking a Client Success Specialist to maintain strong relationships with our clients by quickly and thoughtfully responding to inquiries, requests and tasks.

Growth in this role can lead to opportunities in Client Success Management or similar. You will support building owners and Property Managers, collaborate with Metergy Client Managers, and help ensure timely, accurate communications and documentation.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, highly motivated, service-oriented self-starter.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Direct B2B client interaction experience is a strong asset.
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support building owners and Property Managers in partnership with Metergy Client Managers.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve queries.
• Provide timely, accurate summaries of inquiries to Client Managers and escalate as needed.
• Obtain and relay documentation related to inquiries for stakeholders and internal teams.
• Assist outreach programs and client communications to enhance program delivery.
• Provide training support for enrollment or billing activities as required.
• Attend meetings to represent Metergy and educate internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.
• Share reports related to enrollments, consumption, billing and remittances as requested.
