Job summary

Power TakeOff is seeking a Client Success Manager III to serve as the primary contact for utility energy efficiency program clients. You will drive satisfaction, retention and expansion by understanding client needs and coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver on program goals.

The role requires a strong, proactive communicator, robust organizational skills, and experience in DSM/energy efficiency; remote work within the United States is available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of client management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Naturally collaborative with ability to cultivate relationships.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage relationships.
• Understand each client’s DSM portfolio, regulatory context and priorities.
• Lead communication with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver program goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure timely action items and follow-ups.
