Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Sustainability, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in account management and building client relationships.
• Proven project management and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of energy commodities, utility programs, renewables and energy data analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans, track progress, and keep teams aligned.
• Own end-to-end client program delivery to scope, timelines, and quality.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams for onboarding and implementations.
• Provide client enablement and training to maximize product value.
• Run regular client check-ins to review status and outcomes; report to leadership.
• Use analytics and client feedback to drive improvements and satisfy contractual commitments.
