Job summary

Inmar LLC seeks a Client Success Manager to drive strategy and execution of digital promotions for assigned CPG clients. You will work with sales to meet client goals and revenue targets while ensuring high client satisfaction and ongoing renewals.

Responsibilities include developing data-driven promotional strategies, managing multi-department collaboration, and delivering post-event analyses with actionable insights. Proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of account management experience or equivalent.
• Experience with data-driven strategy and data visualization tools.
• Experience with CPG or adult beverage sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence internal sales teams on client digital promotions strategies and manage contracts.
• Develop recommendations and execute promotional programs aligned with client KPIs.
• Deliver post-event analysis with actionable insights and future opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce entries, proposals, and billing information; support material development.
