Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in retail media, digital media, advertising, shopper marketing, customer success, account management or related field.
• Foundational understanding of digital advertising or retail media.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with data and performance metrics.
• Ability to interpret information and communicate key takeaways clearly.
• Detail-oriented and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms and media concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across teams to keep campaigns and client deliverables moving forward.
• Communicate timelines, dependencies, and potential risks to stakeholders.
• Support effective handoffs between teams and ensure aligned client expectations.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and improve client experience.
• Support day-to-day management and execution of retail media campaigns.
• Assist with reporting, performance reviews, and insights delivery.
• Develop increasing ownership of client and campaign responsibilities over time.
