Job summary

Inmar Intelligence is seeking an Associate, Client Success Manager – Retail Media to support retail media programs for our CPG client portfolio. This early-career role collaborates with Client Success, Sales, Media Operations, Analytics, and cross-functional partners to support campaigns from planning through post-campaign insights.

The ideal candidate is organized, curious, analytical, and client-focused, with a foundational understanding of digital advertising and retail media.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in retail media, digital media, advertising, shopper marketing, customer success, account management, or related field
• Foundational understanding of digital advertising and/or retail media
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with data and performance metrics
• Ability to interpret information and communicate key takeaways clearly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, technologies, and media concepts
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management and execution of retail media campaigns across assigned clients
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal handoffs for accurate execution
• Partner with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams to support launches, optimizations, and reporting
• Monitor campaign progress and escalate risks or issues when appropriate
• Assist with client communications, status updates, meeting prep, and follow-up
• Maintain documentation of client priorities, decisions, actions, and next steps
• Develop increasing ownership of client and campaign responsibilities as experience grows
• Support development of client-facing campaign reporting and performance materials
• Translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations for clients
• Collaborate with Analytics and Media teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting
• Build ability to connect campaign results to broader client business objectives
• Coordinate across teams to keep campaigns moving and manage timelines
