Inmar Inc. is seeking an Associate, Client Success Manager – Retail Media to support the execution and growth of retail media programs across our CPG client portfolio.

This role targets an early-career professional eager to deepen expertise in retail media, client success, and data-driven marketing. The Associate CSM will collaborate with Client Success leaders, Sales, Media Operations, Analytics, and cross-functional partners to support campaigns from planning through activation, optimization,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in retail media, digital media, advertising, shopper marketing, customer success, account management, client services, marketing, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of digital advertising and/or retail media.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with data and performance metrics.
• Ability to interpret information and communicate key takeaways clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, technologies, and media concepts.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across teams to keep campaigns and client deliverables moving forward.
• Communicate timelines, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Support effective handoffs between teams.
• Help ensure client expectations are understood and aligned internally.
• Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and improve the client experience.
• Support day-to-day management and execution of retail media campaigns across assigned clients.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal handoffs to ensure timely execution.
• Partner with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams to support launches, optimizations, and reporting.
• Monitor campaign progress and performance, escalating risks or issues when appropriate.
• Assist with client communications, status updates, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
