Job summary

Inmar Intelligence is seeking an Associate, Client Success Manager – Retail Media to support retail media programs across our CPG client portfolio. This role suits an early-career professional eager to grow in retail media, client success, and data‑driven marketing.

You will work with Client Success, Sales, Media Ops, Analytics, and other teams to support campaigns from planning through activation, optimization, reporting, and post‑campaign insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in retail media, digital media, advertising, shopper marketing, customer success, account management, client services, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management and execution of retail media campaigns across assigned clients.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal handoffs to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Partner with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams to support campaign launches, optimizations, and reporting.
• Monitor campaign progress and performance, escalating risks or issues when appropriate.
• Assist with client communications, status updates, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client priorities, campaign decisions, action items, and next steps.
