Job summary

Inmar Intelligence is seeking an Account Manager for Digital Accounts in the United States. You will deliver and manage Retail Cloud solutions for assigned retail clients, serving as the primary business contact and driving digital campaigns through cross-functional collaboration to meet client SLAs.

You will work with internal teams and clients to address concerns, propose improvements, and ensure excellent program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years experience in Retail and/or CPG.
• Knowledge of digital promotions preferred.
• Ability to handle client issues professionally and maintain relationships.
• Ability to communicate and partner with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to understand retailer metrics across business hierarchy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an operational plan to deliver client experience while meeting SLA requirements.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and communicate proactively to foster collaboration.
• Drive program implementation and execution across multiple campaigns and projects.
• Maintain oversight of programs, prioritize milestones, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enrich customer experiences.
