• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer experience, with a focus on driving client outcomes and revenue growth.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, capable of working with executives.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with clients and guide executive stakeholders to maximize value.
• Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts and manage day-to-day communications.
• Lead onboarding and drive product adoption with tailored training and support.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Proactively manage renewals and minimize churn through ongoing engagement.
• Monitor engagement and outcomes to uncover deeper partnership opportunities.
