Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years in digital advertising, account management, client services, or project management.
• Proven ability to build and strengthen stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and client objective translation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders as trusted partner.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on objectives, trends, and market dynamics.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales on strategies.
• Create and manage client roadmaps with milestones, testing, and long-term goals.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead client meetings, produce performance updates, and present recommendations.
• Prepare concise, impactful client-facing materials and maintain thorough documentation.
