Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager - Programmatic to lead strategic client/agency partnerships and ensure campaigns meet performance goals while driving account growth in programmatic advertising.

This remote role is based in Detroit, MI and will coordinate cross‑channel campaign launches, weekly client status meetings, strategic upsell recommendations, and high‑quality reporting with analytics and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in programmatic advertising in Account Management, Client Success, or Media Planning.
• Hands-on experience activating, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns within leading DSPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present insights clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across all decision levels.

Responsibilities

• Acquire deep knowledge of Zeta’s offerings and articulate them to prospects and customers.
• Launch and manage cross-channel programmatic campaigns with clients and internal teams.
• Lead weekly status meetings to discuss reporting, optimizations, and insights.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Prepare high-impact reporting with analytics for stakeholders.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with every interaction.
