Job summary

Zeta Global in the United States is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager – Programmatic to lead enterprise client partnerships and drive campaign performance across programmatic channels. You will launch and optimize campaigns with clients and internal teams, lead weekly status meetings, and deliver high-impact reporting to inform upsell opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in programmatic advertising, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in programmatic advertising in Account Management, Client Success, or Media Planning.
• Hands-on experience activating, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns within leading DSPs.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of comfort with Excel.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative-taking, autonomous work style, and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly acquire knowledge of Zeta’s offerings, reporting analysis, and resources to articulate them convincingly.
• Launch and manage cross-channel, programmatic campaigns in partnership with clients and internal teams.
• Lead weekly client status meetings discussing reporting, optimizations, and insights.
• Collaborate with sales to provide upsell recommendations when aligned with business needs.
• Prepare and conduct high-impact reporting presentations with analytics team.
• Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction with every interaction.
