Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Professional, Client Success in the digital media team to drive client success by developing strategies using Epsilon’s Digital Media Solutions that align with client objectives and lead internal teams to successful campaign execution.

You will build a collaborative cross-functional environment, supervise program performance with data analytics, and identify opportunities for revenue growth while strengthening client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience from four-year college or university is preferred.
• 4+ in Account Management or Project Management (digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus).
• Excellent client service competence, presentation and writing skills.
• Creative, self-starter, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Track record of working across an organization to get things done.
• Ability to learn quickly and think strategically.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities
