Job summary

Epsilon, a global leader in data and identity and part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Lead, Client Success. You will own client & agency relationships and drive strategic adoption of identity-based digital media solutions, collaborating with Sales, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to translate client objectives into high-performing campaigns.

You’ll synthesize insights, support quarterly business reviews, and develop data-driven proposals that tie campaign results to business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success.
• Proven track record of driving and maintaining revenue growth with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
