Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a results-oriented professional to manage assigned accounts, drive renewals, and pursue incremental growth through cross-sell and upgrades. You will build relationships with executives and coordinate with technical teams to meet customer objectives in the United States.

You’ll monitor usage, adoption, and health metrics, ensuring successful integration of Infosec products and ongoing value realization for customers. Strong communication and prioritization are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with customers via multiple channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the assigned accounts to consistently perform at or above quota.
• Build relationships with new customers, including management and executive collaborators, and understand their objectives.
• Develop a strategy and plan for achieving customer objectives from a consultative approach.
• Coordinate with technical support for technically complex questions.
• Monitor customer usage, adoption, and customer health metrics.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful integration of Infosec’s products and enhance added benefits over the subscription duration.
• Conduct scheduled business appraisals to verify delight, address obstacles, and boost product uptake.
• Maintain outstanding administration of accounts.
• Stay current on company and industry product knowledge.
• Responsible for client renewals and incremental growth through cross-sell, add-on, and upgrade sales.
• Manage pipeline to meet forecast objectives and track sales activities in Salesforce.com and Gainsight.
