Paycom is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Account Manager to support Directors and Sales Executives. You will research qualified opportunities, manage client projects, and serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts in Batavia, IL.

The role emphasizes proactive customer service, collaboration with internal teams, and growth within existing client relationships. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in account management, strong communication, and solid proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Account Management experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and interest in learning.
• Strong project management, analytical and quantitative skills.
• MS Office/Excel proficiency. Experience with Project Management software and CRM preferred.
• Experience presenting to internal teams as well as clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and customers.
• Establish primary contact for assigned customers and needs.
• Lead, coordinate and facilitate production requirements with Sales, design, tech-sales, Customer Service, and internal teams.
• Proactively manage customer expectations related to production, quality, and deliveries.
• Follow up with customers for orders, inquiries, and concerns.
• Identify and grow organic business within existing client relationships.
• Research qualified sales prospects and assist in client selection.
• Manage and track qualified opportunities through the sales cycle.
