Job summary

TransPerfect Translations International, through its TransPerfect Legal division, seeks an account manager to sustain client relationships, understand client goals, and coordinate with the Director of Business Development and internal teams to deliver on project requirements.

Join a growing firm and help expand revenues across eDiscovery services by supporting sales tasks, preparing proposals, and managing billing while collaborating across levels of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 1–2 years direct work experience in account management or similar.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem solving ability and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Ability to work within a team and across management levels.
• Understanding of the legal industry, including eDiscovery and EDRM phases.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand goals and discuss project requirements.
• Serve as liaison between client, Director of Business Development, and internal teams to meet expectations.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships within existing accounts.
• Track revenue within accounts by service type; support research, meetings, and reports.
• Develop understanding of TL eDiscovery capabilities and communicate offerings to clients.
• Prepare materials (SOWs, RFPs, memos, letters) as needed.
• Lead billing and invoice collection for assigned accounts; manage past due notices and reporting.
