Job summary

TransPerfect Legal is seeking an Account Manager to nurture client relationships and drive revenue for our legal clients. You will serve as the first point of contact, coordinate with Sales Directors and production teams, and manage SOWs and billing to ensure smooth project delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in legal/account management, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset to support growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 1–3 years of direct work experience in legal industry or account management.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, organization, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a healthy book of business for the Director of Business Development.
• Serve as the first-level contact for existing legal clients at law firms and corporate levels.
• Create and maintain executed Statements of Work and ensure accurate billing information.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Track revenue within assigned accounts by service type and support sales tasks.
