• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Partnerships Managers to manage and grow advertiser relationships.
• Lead development and implementation of plans, measurement solutions, and reporting across campaigns and sponsorships.
• Manage inventory booking and presale pipeline, reporting, and CRM accuracy.
• Recommend optimization strategies and monitor execution to exceed KPIs.
• Identify insights on product usage to accelerate client business and drive incremental revenue through upsell conversations.
• Educate partners on new TikTok features, product solutions, and best practices to scale industry knowledge.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to troubleshooting and escalation.
