Job summary

TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team seeks a Client Solutions Manager to grow post-sale client relationships and revenue with a data-driven, consultative approach. You’ll partner with sales to negotiate complex opportunities, translate data into actionable recommendations, and drive product adoption through strategic upsell conversations.

Responsibilities include leading client pitches, setting measurement agendas, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to optimize performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign management with emphasis on mobile app performance advertising.
• Experience with MAI, AEO, and VO campaigns.
• Hands-on with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer or Adjust) and knowledge of iOS ecosystem/SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
• Experience in client-facing roles within digital marketing/ad tech.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into client-facing insights and actionable steps.
• Experience diagnosing and solving measurement problems with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships and revenue with ownership of account health and spend trajectory.
• Become a deep expert in TikTok's performance solutions and provide insight-driven recommendations.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative upsell conversations, new product adoption, and strategy development.
• Lead client-facing pitches and business reviews with data-backed recommendations and influence stakeholders.
• Own product-led conversations translating TikTok's capabilities into clear business outcomes.
• Set the measurement agenda for accounts and drive test-and-learn frameworks.
• Identify optimization opportunities that improve campaign performance and scale revenue.
• Collaborate across product, measurement and engineering teams for escalation and troubleshooting.
• Own the measurement setup and results delivery across your book of business.
