TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for Los Angeles to lead Industry Operations, delivering vertical-specific solutions and guiding client accounts through high-touch service, education, and cross-functional collaboration with product, measurement, and sales teams.

You will manage post-sale relationships, review media plans, ensure campaign setup accuracy in TikTok Ads Manager, and drive adoption of measurement tools and integrations to maximize business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in client services, account management, or campaign management in digital performance marketing.
• Solid understanding of digital media KPIs and optimization across awareness, consideration, and performance goals.
• Experience managing complex, multi-market campaign portfolios across branding and performance advertisers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Operate as solutions partner for clients and agencies, covering product adoption, campaign strategy, and optimization.
• Stay current on product developments, market trends, vertical movements, and competitor activity to advise clients.
• Build Test & Learn frameworks using TikTok measurement solutions to show full-funnel business impact.
• Drive adoption and correct implementation of Pixels, SDKs, and MMPs, ensuring accuracy.
• Develop and deliver narratives, workshops, and business reviews to upskill clients and partners.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution checks in TikTok Ads Manager: setup, tracking, and creative QA.
• Monitor delivery and provide real-time optimization recommendations.
