Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Vertical Manager to drive strategy, activation, and revenue growth for key clients. You will lead the Client Solutions Managers and collaborate with Scaled Sales and Product teams to scale best practices and deliver measurable client outcomes.

You will rely on strong leadership, client education, and storytelling to show how TikTok’s advertising solutions meet client objectives while expanding partnerships across top accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand/performance marketing.
• Experience managing client solutions teams, with talent development and scaling.
• Willingness to work in San Jose, CA, with extensive travel.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert and articulate how TikTok can best serve clients.
• Train and empower the team to educate clients on product solutions and best practices.
• Partner with Vertical Leadership to identify priorities and growth opportunities.
• Leverage data to identify consumer trends and develop playbooks driving client outcomes.
• Coach and develop Client Solutions teams on data-driven campaign analysis and selling at scale.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on TikTok features, ad units, measurement, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product to surface advertiser needs and influence roadmaps.
