Job summary

Myriad360 seeks a seasoned Client Solution Architect (CSA) to be the technical quarterback for accounts, partnering with the Account Executive to translate client needs into a coordinated technical strategy.

The CSA will own discovery, qualify opportunities across Data Center, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Professional Services, and orchestrate resources for successful deals while remaining engaged through all stages of the sales process.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Demonstrated success in designing and selling multi-domain enterprise solutions.
• Advanced consultative discovery skills guiding client decision-making processes.
• Broad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Own technical discovery conversations, understand client objectives, challenges, and budgets.
• Uncover and qualify opportunities by linking client pain points to solutions across data center, networking, security, cloud & services.
• Orchestrate Myriad resources and coordinate with SMEs across security, networking, cloud, and services.
• Stay engaged through complex opportunities with kickoff calls and weekly status meetings.
• Translate technical discussions into business outcomes focusing on risk, resiliency, cost, and modernization.
