Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Senior Director of Client Solution Architects to shape the national CSA strategy and lead CSA Directors across the United States. This remote role requires aligning CSA efforts with sales, services, and partners to win enterprise opportunities.

The leader will drive governance, enablement, and talent development, building scalable programs and a One Team culture focused on client outcomes across Networking, Data Center, Security, Cloud, AI, and managed services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, systems integration, VAR, MSP, cloud, cybersecurity, or related environments.
• Significant leadership experience overseeing geographically distributed pre‑sales or technical organizations.
• Broad fluency across enterprise infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, data center, professional services, managed services, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the national CSA strategy, leadership, and execution.
• Lead CSA Directors and the broader team across the country, aligning with growth strategy.
• Engage early in client opportunities and orchestrate cross‑practice discovery and solution orchestration.
• Build enablement, governance, and succession plans for scalable CSA operations.
• Partner with Sales, Practices, and Delivery to improve opportunity qualification and solution readiness.
