Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a VP of Client Solution Architects in the United States to define and lead the national CSA program. This role directs CSA Directors and a nationwide team of Client Solution Architects and Security CSAs, ensuring scalable, repeatable technical pursuits aligned with growth objectives.

You will partner with Sales and Practice leaders to drive early engagement, orchestrate multi-practice solutions, govern pursuit quality, and translate complex capabilities into compelling

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 12+ years leading technical pre-sales or field organizations.
• Experience aligning technical teams with sales to win complex opportunities.
• Ability to scale programs, establish governance, and mentor leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, operating model, and execution of the national CSA organization.
• Lead CSA Directors and regional teams to ensure consistent, scalable capabilities.
• Partner with Sales to engage early in opportunities and drive strategic conversations.
• Develop enablement, governance, and succession plans across CSA and related roles.
