Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Client Solution Architect (CSA) based in the United States, ideally in Austin or Dallas, TX. The CSA acts as the technical quarterback for the account, partnering with the Account Executive to turn client needs into a coordinated technical strategy across data center, networking, security, cloud, and services.

The role requires broad technical breadth, strong discovery and opportunity qualification skills, and travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Demonstrated success in designing and selling multi-domain enterprise solutions.
• Advanced consultative discovery skills guiding client decision-making.
• Broad technical proficiency across at least two core practice areas.
• Ability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles.
• OEM certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technical discovery and lead client conversations to understand objectives, challenges, and timelines.
• Uncover and qualify opportunities by mapping client pains to cross-domain solutions.
• Coordinate and orchestrate Myriad360 resources across data center, networking, security, cloud, and services to win deals.
• Engage in kickoff calls and weekly status meetings to maintain continuity from discovery to handoff.
• Translate technical conversations into tangible business outcomes focused on risk, resiliency, cost, and efficiency.
• Support the AE in growing the account by recognizing adjacent opportunities.
• Complete security awareness training and comply with company policies; elevate security risks as needed.
