Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Client Solution Architect in the United States to serve as the technical quarterback for complex accounts. You will turn client needs into a coordinated technical strategy, partnering with Account Executives and SMEs across Data Center, Networking, Security, Cloud and Services.

Based in the US with preference for Austin or Dallas, you will orchestrate resources, lead discovery, and ensure continuity from discovery through implementation, always tying technology to business

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions.
• Advanced consultative discovery skills.
• Broad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas.
• Capability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles.
• Relevant OEM certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technical discovery: lead conversations to understand environment, objectives, challenges, initiatives, budget and timeline, and value.
• Uncover and qualify opportunities by turning conversations into concrete needs across domains.
• Be broad technically—not required to design every solution.
• Bring in appropriate SMEs when security, networking, cloud, services, or other areas are involved.
• Orchestrate Myriad resources: know who to involve and when.
• Think client → AE + CSA → SMEs / SEs / Services / PMO / Partners.
• Coordinate across teams to avoid disjointed engagement tracks.
• Stay engaged through complex opportunities from kickoff to implementation handoff.
• Translate technical conversations into business outcomes: reduce risk, improve resiliency, lower costs, modernize infra, improve ops, enable growth, enhance security, simplify management.
• Help the AE grow the account and identify adjacent opportunities.
