Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related master's preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in large-scale consulting or professional services.
• Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build executive relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the services strategy for the assigned territory to drive revenue.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize services opportunities with sales leadership.
• Build executive relationships and align services to measurable outcomes.
• Drive pipeline development and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee SOWs, scope clarity, and project kickoffs from sales to delivery.
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify follow-on opportunities.
