Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Client Manager to drive SLED sales in Minnesota, partnering with state, local government, and education accounts to align technology investments with business objectives. You will leverage WWT's architects, engineers, and partners to modernize infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, and accelerate cloud adoption.

The role focuses on building executive relationships, leading complex opportunities, and delivering measurable outcomes across public sector clients

Qualifications

3-5+ years of SLED experience with Minnesota relationships.
Consultative services sales experience and/or disruptive technology background.
Ability to engage executives and diverse stakeholders.
Strong account planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Residence in the Minneapolis area.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans for Minnesota SLG and higher education accounts.
Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and technical stakeholders.
Identify business challenges and map WWT solutions to outcomes.
Lead complex sales opportunities from discovery to close with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with OEM partners and internal SMEs on innovative solutions.
Drive pipeline, opportunity management, and forecasting.
Promote AI infrastructure capabilities and services for modernization.
