Job summary

World Wide Technology is hiring a Client Manager to lead SLED sales across Minnesota, partnering with state, local government and education customers to align technology investments with business goals.

You will collaborate with WWT architects, engineers, consultants, and partners to modernize infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, and accelerate cloud adoption, delivering measurable outcomes for Minnesota public sector clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of SLED sales experience with Minnesota relationships.
• Strong account planning and multi-level stakeholder management.
• Consultative selling of disruptive technology.
• E‑Rate knowledge is highly desired.
• Residence in the Minneapolis area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Minnesota SLG and higher ed.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Identify customer challenges and align WWT solutions to outcomes.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with OEMs and internal SMEs to create solutions.
• Drive pipeline, forecast accurately.
• Promote AI infrastructure capabilities and services.
• Facilitate executive briefings, workshops, and PoC activities using ATC.
