Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks a Sr. Client Services Executive to drive services sales with Fortune 500 customers. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals across Infrastructure, Cloud, and related services with support from our sales engineering teams.

You will scope workloads, prepare budgets, craft proposals and SOWs, and ensure seamless handoffs to delivery. Expect travel about 20% and engage with executives across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling IT integration services to Fortune 500 clients.
• Experience in IT Networking, Cloud, Infrastructure Automation, DevOps or Cyber-security.
• Strong networking and executive relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the services sales process across assigned accounts to meet targets.
• Identify opportunities, build client and partner relationships, and close deals.
• Scope new work, draft budgets and pricing, and deliver proposals/SOWs.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to service delivery and manage scope.
• Develop cloud strategies and guide client transformations with delivery teams.
• Travel ~20% as needed to manage accounts.
