Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare/life sciences-focused agency.
• 1+ year in a pharmaceutical/healthcare promotional role.
• Experience with oncology is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Science.
• Experience with Veeva is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with Basecamp or similar project management systems is preferred.
• Strong communicator with ability to establish and nurture client and internal relationships.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and client accounts across assigned accounts, coordinating content and timelines.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations showcasing content as directed by client and internal teams.
• Drive long-term planning including timelines, QA, SOPs, and budget monitoring.
• Monitor projects to ensure adherence to client strategy and deliverables.
• Supervise and train junior staff, fostering teamwork and development.
• Coordinate internal meetings and ensure effective hand-offs to project teams.
• Maintain brand management and ensure accurate representation across client interactions.
