Job summary

Simpson Healthcare, an IQVIA Company, seeks a Client Services Director to optimize client relationships and align internal teams on projects within IQVIA’s life sciences framework. The role centers on managing client accounts, ensuring scientific accuracy, and driving overall project success.

You will coordinate with Scientific Services, Interactive/Graphics, and Marketing to meet client expectations, while developing pitches, metrics, and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in pharma or healthcare/life sciences agency.
• 1+ year in pharma/healthcare promotional role preferred.
• Experience in Oncology preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of assigned projects on specific accounts, coordinating digital content and scientific validation.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations showcasing content across internal teams and KOLs.
• Drive long-term planning, timelines, quality assurance, SOP adherence, and budget monitoring.
• Lead client update meetings and ensure timely, high-quality handoffs to project teams.
