Job summary

Simpson Healthcare, an IQVIA Company, is seeking a Client Services Director to optimize client relationships and oversee accounts within IQVIA. The role focuses on project and client management, brand stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration across Scientific Services, Interactive/Graphics, and Marketing.

The position is home-based in the United States, with up to 25% travel. Ideal candidates hold a life sciences or marketing-related degree and have 3+ years in pharma or healthcare

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare/life sciences-focused agency.
• 1+ year in a pharmaceutical/healthcare promotional role preferred.
• Experience in Oncology is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required, preferably Marketing/Business/Science.
• Experience using Veeva is highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Basecamp or similar project management systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build client/internal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of assigned projects on specific accounts, coordinating content and timelines.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations showcasing content to clients, internal teams, and KOLs.
• Lead long-term planning for accounts, including timelines, QA, SOPs, and budget monitoring.
• Monitor projects to ensure adherence to client strategy and outcomes.
• Supervise and train junior staff; foster teamwork and professional development.
• Attend and contribute to internal meetings and client update sessions.
• Ensure SOP adherence and effective use of PIT Crew, Basecamp, CCR, Good to Go, and weekly updates.
• Develop knowledge of managed products and disease areas; assist with client pitches and metrics.
• Manage faculty recruitment and engagement for client projects.
