Job summary

Simpson Healthcare, an IQVIA Company, is seeking a Client Services Director to lead pharma and scientific communications initiatives for key accounts.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, deliver strategic campaigns, and oversee budgets and timelines while mentoring junior staff. This remote role requires strong communication, project management experience, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare/life sciences-focused agency is required for this position.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare promotional role is preferred.
• Experience within the Oncology therapeutic area is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or Science.
• Experience using Veeva is highly preferred.
• Must be efficient and skilled at using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Experience with Basecamp or similar project management systems is preferred.
• Strong communicator with proven ability to nurture client and internal relationships.
• Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel to meet with stakeholders up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and client accounts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client goals and timelines.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations showcasing content as directed by client, internal teams, and KOLs.
• Drive long-term planning for accounts including timelines, QA, SOP adherence, and budget monitoring.
• Monitor projects to ensure adherence to client strategy and deliverables.
• Supervise and train junior staff, fostering a positive team environment and overseeing progress.
• Attend and contribute to relevant internal meetings.
• Develop client pitches, presentations, and metrics; assist with faculty recruitment and engagement.
