Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience within pharmaceutical industry or healthcare/life sciences-focused agency
• 1+ year in pharmaceutical/healthcare promotional role preferred
• ONCOLOGY experience preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Science
• Experience with Veeva is highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and projects
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of projects and client accounts, coordinating with internal departments
• Prepare and deliver client presentations that showcase content and results
• Drive long-term planning of accounts including timelines, quality assurance, and budgets
• Lead client meetings and ensure timely, high-quality communications
• Develop client pitches, presentations, and metrics
• Manage recruitment, engagement, and relationships for clients
• Collaborate with Scientific Services, Interactive/Graphics, and Marketing to meet client expectations
