Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in medical communications, healthcare marketing, or scientific agency.
• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with emphasis in Marketing, Business, or Science.
• Strong communicator with proven relationship-building skills.
• Experience with people management is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish meaningful client relationships and promote Simpson’s brand in all interactions.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Lead account teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop team members; drive staff growth and performance reviews.
• Prepare and deliver client pitches, presentations, and metrics with quality and timeliness.
• Oversee drafting of SOWs and budgets; manage scope changes and invoicing accuracy.
