Job summary

Simpson Healthcare, an IQVIA Company, seeks a Client Services Director to lead project and account management for life sciences clients. This home-based role emphasizes optimizing client relationships and coordinating cross-department efforts to deliver high-quality scientific content.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in pharma or life sciences, plus experience in promotional activities and strong communication skills. Occasional travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare/life sciences-focused agency.
• 1+ year in a pharmaceutical/healthcare promotional role is preferred.
• Experience in Oncology is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Science.
• Experience using Veeva is highly preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with Basecamp or similar project management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall coordination of assigned projects and client accounts across departments.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and pitches.
• Drive long-term planning, timelines, QA, SOP adherence, and budget monitoring.
• Supervise and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Maintain regular client contact and lead update meetings.
• Collaborate with Scientific Services, Graphics, and Marketing to meet client expectations.
• Develop relationships with client stakeholders and ensure brand representation.
